TV can actually be good for you health if you allow it to. It doesn’t always have to be a bad impact. It all depends on exactly how much television that you are watching, and what type of shows that you are looking at. TV can be healthy if you choose your shows wisely. If you want to watch shows that are educational, and shows that you can learn from, those are the types of shows that are considered healthy, and can feed your brain. If you like TV, you can continue watching it. If you like shows that are not as healthy for you, then you should just limit your watching time.
